St. Catherine of Alexandria Academy

St. Catherine of Alexandria AcademyThe first school was built shortly before 1868. The Sisters of Loretto staffed the school. In the 1900s the Ursaline Sisters of Mount St. Joseph of Owensboro staffed the school.

St. Catherine of Alexandria Academy has been serving the community for over 75 years. They are an accredited school with all certified teachers, and offer the following services:

  • Pre-K (3 and 4 yr. old) through 8th
  • Weekly Mass
  • DSL in the Computer Lab
  • Internet in the classrooms
  • Accelerated Reader
  • Small class sizes
  • Athletic Program (boys/girls basketball and girls volleyball)
  • Financial Assistance Available

New Haven School

New Haven SchoolHome of the Mustangs - The New Haven School is a rural Elementary school that serves Preschool through 5th grade and is home to approximately 186 students.   This allows for small class sizes and personalized learning. With the support of dedicated leaders and staff, we strive to help every student be their BEST each day. Guided by these principles, we create a positive and inclusive environment where learning thrives. Our school day runs from  8:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., and we offer engaging programs such as i-Ready, IM Math, Open Up Reading, and Second Step. Go Mustangs—led by our spirited mascot, Rowdy!
